I have taken many pictures with the cameras in my life. I loved the instant pleasure from Polaroid cameras.  I had several Kodak Instamatic easy-loads, an old Olympus 35mm film camera, and digital point & shoots. Right now I use a Nikon D31 and think of it as my starter camera.  I take pictures for an elementary school newsletter and tend to capture candid close-ups from a distance.  I love taking pictures of the wild turkeys that roam my yard and neighborhood. Then there is the challenge of shooting the full, elusive moon!

The moon has always impressed me with its changing shapes based on its movement across the sky.

The wasps made paper nests in my neighborhood.

I moved across the country to a new state and found this fall scenery in the mountains.

Wild turkeys visited my yard every day.

As an elementary school newsletter editor, I took photos at assemblies for the publication.
